
I am convinced that Cingular has a system in place whereby they intentionally overbill and then make it so hard to rectify the problem that any normal person would give up and let them keep the money. They have robbed me of $66.72 and about four hours of my life. Although I didn’t have any phone service problems to speak of, their billing and customer service departments leave a lot to be desired. In a nutshell after three months I am still trying to get a credit for two months of service that they billed me for after I cancelled service!
