I’ve fallen behind while traveling. Here is a phone picture of the guy making my Mango Sticky Rice. I had it twice while in Thailand. Man is it good!
behind him is an open air food court. You would not recognize very many of the dishes that are offered in there.

Sticky Rice is a special kind of white rice that is prepared in a special way. It is a tiny bit sweet and a tiny bit salty. By itself it isn’t all that great – but put some fresh ripe mango and some coconut milk on top and WOW! I’ve put other fresh fruit on top instead of mango with a sort of condensed milk stuff and it wasn’t half bad. One of my goals is to come up with a reciepe so that I can treat some Texans to this Asian treat while we are home on STAS.
