You just finished up with Memorial Day (we didn’t even take the day off 
) but Wednesday we get Duanwu Jie - Dragon Boat Festival. I won’t go into all the details of what it celebrates or how it is celebrated just follow the links if you are interested; but I am going to put a picture of the special dish that is prepared and eaten.
