Happy New Year !

Today is the first day of the year of the dog, Chinese year 4073.

Well, we’ve been here for one week now and the really big show begins tomorrow. Many people have been scurrying about setting up and planning. We’ve done just about all we can and this is how we feel . . . .

The book I’ve just finished, The Healer (O’Malley Series, Book 5) by Dee Henderson, was a little disappointing for me. So far the O’Malley Series has been a lot of fun. They’ve been pretty good mysteries with interesting characters. However this one was more of a romance with a little mystery thrown in at the end. I’d still recommend the series though.
