I am constantly confounded by the contradictions of this place where we live. It is a culture and city that is steeped in traditions of the past. Then I read something like this: TAIPEI (Reuters) – Taipei plans to make wireless Internet access available across the Taiwan capital by the end of 2005, joining a small number of cities offering Wi-Fi networks.
