Tuesday night: Most of you guys & gals are getting going and will hopefully find a way to get to the polls today. That’s something that I really miss – voting. It is so much trouble to vote here that we have only done it once. You have to get your ballot way ahead of time, there is only one place in Taipei, & it is not right around the corner! I know, I know, it is no excuse but you’d have to be here to realize just how hard it is to pull off. . . .
Here we go. Another do-hickey on the website. Man, there is so much to learn about this web stuff! I am putting this up in hopes that Fran will use it to express herself and to enable her to easily write stuff for the web without having to actually do anything to a web page. All done thru the magic of scripts and tags.
Anyway . . . If we use it – it will stay; if not – it will disappear.
Today? We went across town to both get haircuts. Afterwards we ate at Mr Fish (one of our favorites – sorta like Long John Silvers – owned & operated by a young guy from Vancouver). Then we checked out a newish underground (subterranean) shopping mall. It was fun but we are both tired. – Jackie
